This weekend we went to the
International Festival. It is a festival that focuses on a different county each year by letting people sample different foods and buying all types of things found in that country. I used to go often as a kid so when I heard they were doing Africa this year I told Robby, "We have to go!". We ended up having a really good time :). This year they focused in on
Africa. They had a bunch of different popular African foods, but we were not that adventurous to try any. We ended up eating two batches of Boudin Balls. They were sooooo good! Its just a ball of boudin (for those of you who don't know much about boudin, you probably don't want to ask what its made of) that they fry and you can eat them with crackers.
Here are some pictures from the festival:

(Some really strange people who couldn't sing. Robby said they were a cult! hehe)

(My handsome husband!)

(People watching a group of women and men dancing to African music. Kind of a tribal type dancing)
