Hurricane Ike:
As I am sure you all know, we have a hurricane coming our way. It should hit tonight/tomorrow morning. We decided to stay here in Katy along with the majority of our neighbors because the mandatory evacuation was for southern part of Houston. Supposedly we should just get hit with a lot of rain and wind. So, Robby put our cars in the garage and cleaned up the outside of our house from lawn chairs and put the grill in the house so the outside of our house won't be hit with anything. We filled the bathtubs up with water and started saving up ice.
Right now we can just hear the wind whipping around outside the house. Madison sleeps so soundly!
We will keep y'all posted on the storm and probably post pictures of the aftermath, if there is any.

- In August 2003, Robby and I started dating...4 years later we were married (July 2007). Then August of 2008 we welcomed a little girl to our family. Our family of 3 is about to have another addition in late May of 2011. We are so thrilled and feel so blessed to have so many wonderful things happening in our lives!
