Robby, Amanda & Madison

Today was a day full of emotions. This morning Madison had her 4 month well doctor visit. We are pleased to hear that she is doing great and looks healthy. She now weighs 18lbs 14 oz & she is over 2 feet tall. She is above the 95% in her height/weight/head circumference. Overall, she is just a big baby. A big and healthy baby! Also, we are now allowed to give her cereal. Rice cereal, and if she does well with that, we can do baby oatmeal and other types of cereal. Below are pictures of our experience with food.

Now, onto the sad part of our day. We gave up Kioni and Stella for adoption at the Houston SPCA. We decided that it was the best option for them. With the new baby taking up all of our time and attention, Stella was noticeably upset and we figured putting her in a home that would take good care of her and spend lots of time with her would be the best thing for her. It is the saddest and most devastating thing we have ever had to do together in the 5 years that we have been together. We pray that Stella and Kioni will be placed in the best homes and have loving families to spoil them.
