My mom booked us a night stay at the Omni Hotel in Houston for this past friday night. She pretty much kicked us out so she could stay a night alone with Maddie. And to my surprise and my moms...she did REALLY good. My mom said she didn't cry and occasionally looked around for us but with distraction she wouldn't get upset. YAY!!! Robby and I had a great and relaxing night. We hung out by the pool, had a nice romantic dinner and breakfast in bed. :) NICE! The next afternoon, my mom and maddie took huge naps. They must have worn each other out haha.
