This weekend, Maddie and I went to Baton Rouge to visit my mom and step dad. Robby had to stay behind and work so we made the trip alone. Which is always kind of rough on me, b/c she has a hard time sleeping in other cribs. So this weekend we went shopping, met up with my stepsister candace and her husband and baby (who is 4 months old), fed the ducks, and ate lots of food! It was a great weekend. Then sunday morning at 2am she woke up really upset b/c its a strange crib and a dark room so i gave her water and put her back to sleep...then she woke up at 3am and 4am..so my mom knocked on my door and said she would get up with her so I could sleep..well as im sure most people are aware, im a light sleeper. I started to hear things going on in the living room..I heard the backyardigans (tv show) come on, i heard maddie talking, etc. So i peaked my head in and i saw maddie dart across the kitchen floor after my mom. Turns out Dennis, my mom and maddie were having a little party in the living room. Well, atleast madison was! So after we were awake for an hour i decided i should just make her stay up and we would leave early. At 520am i was pulling out of the drive way to head back to texas. Maddie was passed out by 5:24am and slept most of the way! So it turned out good. But MAN i needed a nap this afternoon!
