Flood block party

On Saturday, it rained hard for about 3 hrs straight...which caused a "flash flood" in our neighborhood. I'm not quite sure if it's how our street was built or if our drains are clogged? The water made it up to our big tree which is the middle of our front yard (if you haven't visited before). Most of our neighbors made it outside to watch it rise and some of us let our kids play in it. :) I don't know WHO would let their toddler play in sewage water?!?!? Don't worry we all took HOT baths with lots of soap to de-germ ourselves haha.
